  1. Purpose of Deposit
    A refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time with NeuroHearing for a GST-exempt medical service. This deposit reserves your appointment slot and confirms your commitment to attend.
  2. Deposit Amount and Payment
    The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay as payment methods.
  3. Refund Policy
    • Attended Appointments: Following the completion of your appointment, the deposit will be fully refunded to your original payment method within approximately 2-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
    • Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, the full deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Rescheduling Limitations and Cancellations: If you reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour window leading up to the appointment, you will not be eligible for a deposit refund if the rescheduled appointment is subsequently canceled. This ensures the deposit commitment remains valid for the upcoming appointment.
  4. No-Show Policy
    Failure to attend the appointment without prior cancellation may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  5. GST Exemption
    This deposit is GST-exempt, as it pertains to the provision of a medical service. No GST is charged on the deposit, and it remains exempt in all related transactions, including refunds.
  6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    NeuroHearing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking or via email.
