Meet our Director and Principle Audiologist, Weicen Yan - BSci, MClinAud, AAudA
During my years as a clinician at some of Australia’s leading audiology companies, I consistently ranked as a top performer in terms of client trust and outcomes. My success was driven by my ability to connect with clients and offer solutions that not only met their hearing needs but also improved their overall quality of life.
Over time, I saw the need for a more personalized, value-driven approach—one that focuses not just on hearing but also on engaging the brain in new ways. This realization led me to found NeuroHearing. By integrating hearing care with techniques that engage the brain, I help clients not only hear better but also experience clearer, more meaningful interactions with the world around them.
Beyond delivering exceptional care, I am committed to ensuring that our operations run efficiently, creating a seamless experience for clients while fostering a supportive environment for our team members.
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active through boxing and playing guitar. These activities help me maintain both my physical and mental well-being, ensuring I’m always at my best for my clients.
